06 — Pricing, in the open
Transfers from $125. Hourly from $85.
Everything that can change a Van Nuys total, and everything that cannot.
- Which structure fits the trip
- A single leg from the FBO to a fixed address is quoted as one fare. A day where the car stays with you between meetings is hourly work from $85 per hour. Private-aviation days are hourly more often than not, and we will say so if that is the cheaper of the two.
- What the quote includes
- The vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, insurance, bottled water, child seats and the wait allowance. Ramp access arrangements carry no separate fee from us where the FBO grants them.
- What sits outside it
- Tolls, any parking the FBO charges, and gratuity. These are passed on at cost rather than marked up, and they are named before you book rather than added afterwards.
- Wait time
- Included from the aircraft's actual arrival, not the filed one. If a slot slips by three hours the meet simply moves with it. Extended standby beyond the allowance is charged in fifteen-minute increments at the hourly rate.
- No surge, no night premium
- A 4am departure on a holiday weekend is the same figure as a Tuesday lunchtime. We do not run peak multipliers of any kind, on any route, at any hour.
- Changes and cancellations
- Aircraft schedules move; that is expected and it is free to move with them. Tell us as soon as you know. A cancellation with reasonable notice costs nothing.
- Accounts and billing
- Flight departments, charter brokers and assistants can book on account with monthly invoicing, trip references per line and a cost centre against each booking. Card payment per trip is equally fine.
- Why direct is cheaper
- We own and dispatch the ninety-nine vehicles ourselves, so there is no broker margin between the quote and the car. Why booking direct is cheaper sets out the arithmetic.
