- Inside the company
- Dispatch sees the whole reservation. Your chauffeur sees only what driving the job requires — the name, the number, the addresses and the timing. Chauffeurs are held to a confidentiality obligation and sign non-disclosure agreements; where a client or their organisation needs a specific NDA executed before service, that can be arranged in advance.
- Service providers
- Three third parties are involved in running this website and taking reservations: the reservation platform that powers our booking form, the payment provider it uses to process cards, and Google, whose fonts this site loads and whose map is embedded on the contact page. Section 05 names each one and explains exactly what it receives.
- Affiliate operators
- We run our own fleet, so the ordinary answer is that nobody outside the company touches your booking. If a request ever falls outside what we can cover ourselves, we tell you before we place it, name the operator, and let you decide — we do not quietly pass a reservation on.
- Legal requests
- We disclose information when the law compels it — a subpoena, a court order, a lawful request from a licensing or law-enforcement authority — or where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim, such as a damage dispute or an insurance matter. We do not volunteer client records outside those situations.
- Never
- Sold, rented, traded, or handed to advertising networks, data brokers or lead-generation companies. That is not a policy we intend to revisit.
- How long we keep it
- Enquiries that never became bookings are cleared out once they are plainly stale. Completed reservations and their payment records are kept for the period business and tax rules require, then disposed of. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we do — except for the minimum a financial record has to retain.
- How it is protected
- The site is served over HTTPS and the reservation form is submitted over an encrypted connection. Access to booking records is limited to the people who need it to dispatch cars and settle accounts. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we hold little, we share less, and we keep it for no longer than we must.
