Contact

Talk to a person, any hour.

One number, answered by the office that dispatches the cars — not a call centre, not a queue, and not a form that disappears into an inbox nobody watches. Ring it at nine in the morning or half past three at night and the answer comes from somebody who can actually commit a vehicle.

01 — How to reach us

One number, four ways to use it.

Whichever you pick, it lands with the same office. Pick by urgency: voice for now, message for soon, email for detail.

Call

The fastest route to a decision, and the only one worth using inside the next couple of hours. Answered day, night, weekends and holidays.

Text

Best when you are in a meeting, on a plane or simply would rather not talk. Send the journey and a price comes back as a message you can keep.

Text the same number

WhatsApp

Useful from abroad, or if you are landing and would rather not rely on a roaming SMS. Same office, same number, no international charge.

Email

The right choice for multi-day itineraries, corporate accounts and anything with attachments — flight lists, run sheets, guest schedules.

Prefer to fill something in? The reservation form asks the same questions and reaches the same desk. We are also on Instagram and Facebook, though neither is watched as closely as the phone.

02 — Before you write

Six lines, and we can price it properly.

Nothing here is compulsory — a phone call figures it out in a minute either way. But send these and the quote comes back on the first reply instead of the third.

  • Date and pickup time. Local time, and the date rather than "Friday" — it removes the one ambiguity that actually costs people flights.
  • Where from, where to. An address, a hotel name or a terminal is enough. Extra stops on the way are fine; just say where.
  • How many passengers. This decides the class of vehicle more than anything else does, so a rough number beats no number.
  • How much luggage. Cases, golf bags, instrument cases, a stroller. A sedan that fits four people does not always fit four suitcases.
  • A flight number, if there is one. With it we watch the arrival and move the pickup ourselves rather than waiting to be told.
  • Anything unusual. A child seat, a wheelchair to stow, a dog, a confidentiality agreement, a guest who must not be kept waiting outdoors.

What comes back is a figure and a vehicle class, in writing — not a range, and not a number that changes once we know what time of day you asked. If the request is one we cannot cover well, we say so rather than accepting it and improvising.

03 — Routing

Which way in, for what.

Everything arrives at the same office, but not everything should arrive the same way. This is the honest version of who to bother and when.

Best contact method by situation, and what to expect back
If this is your situationUseWhat comes back
A quote for a date weeks or months away Email or text A written figure with the vehicle class named, plus anything we think you have not accounted for.
A car needed within the next few hours Call Availability settled on the call — or a straight no, which is more useful than a maybe.
A change to a reservation happening today Call The office reaches the assigned chauffeur directly, so you are not relaying messages.
A flight that has moved Call or text The pickup is adjusted. If we have the flight number we will usually have seen it already.
A corporate account, invoicing or a standing arrangement Email Terms agreed in writing with the person who sets them, not a sales team.
Something has gone wrong on a job Call Handled by the office rather than the driver: a replacement vehicle first, the explanation after.

04 — Where we are

There is no office to come to.

RG Black Limo works out of Los Angeles, but there is nothing useful at an address — no waiting room, no counter, nobody to see. The car comes to you, which is the entire point of the service.

So rather than publish a street address that would only send somebody to the wrong place, here is the region instead. Pickups across Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego and the Coachella Valley are routine work rather than special arrangements, and longer runs elsewhere in California are quoted on request.

If you need paperwork — proof of licensing, or a certificate of insurance for a venue or an accounts department — ask for it on the phone or by email and it will be sent over.

The map shows the operating region, not an office location. Named coverage: Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood and West Hollywood, Century City, Culver City, Malibu, Burbank, Van Nuys and the San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, Long Beach, Anaheim, Irvine, Newport Beach, Orange County, San Diego and the Coachella Valley.

05 — Hours

What twenty-four hours actually means.

Plenty of companies print 24/7 and mean an answering service. Here it means the line is answered, and the person answering can commit a car.

Reservations line
Answered every hour of every day, holidays included. A 4am departure for a red-eye is ordinary work rather than a favour, and so is the call at midnight asking whether a car can be there in forty minutes.
Text & WhatsApp
The same number takes both. Best for quotes and small changes, and the useful side effect is that the whole conversation — figure included — stays on your phone where you can find it later.
Email
Right for itineraries, guest lists, account setup and anything with an attachment. Wrong for something happening in the next hour; for that, ring.
Written confirmation
Every reservation is confirmed with the date, the pickup time, the addresses, the class of vehicle held and the agreed price — so nothing depends on either of us remembering a phone call correctly.
Flights we are told about
Where a flight number is on the booking, the arrival is watched and the pickup moved to match it. You are welcome to call and confirm, but you should not have to. More on airport transfers.

06 — Questions

Asked often enough to answer here.

No. RG Black Limo LLC is a Los Angeles based chauffeur operator without a walk-in office. Everything is arranged by phone, text or email, and the vehicle comes to you.

The reservations line is answered around the clock, including holidays and overnight airport runs. Texts and WhatsApp messages are usually answered quickly; email is best for detailed itineraries rather than urgent changes.

Yes. Send the date, pickup time, pickup and drop-off, passenger count and luggage, and a quote comes back by message. Written confirmation follows once the details are agreed.

If you would rather see the fields laid out, the reservation form asks for exactly the same things.

Often, subject to a vehicle being free. Calling is faster than emailing for anything inside the next few hours, and the price is the same as it would be for a booking made weeks ahead.

Yes. Confirmations state the date, pickup time, addresses, the class of vehicle reserved and the agreed price, so nothing about the reservation depends on remembering a phone call.

Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego and the Coachella Valley are routine, and longer runs elsewhere in California are quoted on request.

The full list, city by city, is on service areas.

07 — Go ahead

Ring it. Somebody is awake.

A date, a pickup and a passenger count is enough to get a written figure back. Anything more complicated is what the phone is for.
