Black Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van outside a floodlit Los Angeles stadium on a World Cup match night

Occasion 05

World Cup 2026, without the parking lot.

Los Angeles hosts fixtures across June and July 2026, and on those days the roads around the stadium stop behaving like roads. A chauffeur drops you where the traffic plan allows, waits somewhere reachable, and takes you back — no shuttle queue, no three-mile walk to a car, no surge on the fare.

June–July 2026 fixtures Up to 14 in one vehicle No surge, no event premium

01 — The day

The match is ninety minutes. The problem is the four hours around it.

Getting seventy thousand people into one part of Los Angeles and out again closes streets for miles. Everything that goes wrong on a match day goes wrong at the two ends of the journey, not in the middle.

What we run. Chauffeured vehicles for fixture days in the Los Angeles area: hotel, residence or restaurant to the closest approved drop-off point, the vehicle held or released while you are inside, and a pickup after full time from somewhere agreed in advance. Sedans, full-size SUVs and Sprinter vans for groups of up to fourteen, all out of our own ninety-nine-vehicle fleet.

Why a car beats the alternatives. Parking near a tournament venue is sold in advance, priced accordingly, and a long walk from your seat. Rideshare surges hardest at exactly the moment the whole stadium wants it and cannot legally stop where you are standing. A chauffeur costs a known figure, agreed weeks earlier, and is still yours at eleven at night.

What we do not promise. We do not control the traffic management plan, and no operator in this city does. Approach roads close, drop-off points move, and marshals redirect vehicles on the day. What we commit to is a chauffeur who has driven the area, a plan agreed before you leave, and a vehicle that stays reachable rather than trapped in an exit queue.

No affiliation. We are an independent licensed chauffeur operator. We are not connected to FIFA, to any venue, team, hotel or ticketing agent, and we hold no credentials or stadium access of any kind. We provide the ground transport, nothing else.

Book the date first and settle the detail later. In a tournament month the vehicle is the scarce thing, not the itinerary.

02 — How a match day runs

Agreed in advance, so nothing is decided in a crowd.

Six decisions, all taken before the day. Once they are settled a fixture becomes an ordinary booking with a busier road in the middle of it.

A departure time that accounts for the closures
We work back from kick-off using what the roads actually do on an event day, not what a mapping app predicts at breakfast. Expect to leave earlier than feels necessary; that is the point.
A drop-off point, named
The closest point the traffic plan permits on the day, agreed with you in advance and confirmed to the chauffeur. If marshals move it, dispatch calls you before you are standing in the wrong place.
Held, or released and returning
Hourly bookings keep the vehicle and chauffeur with you for the whole window. Point-to-point releases the car and sends one back for the pickup. Hourly costs more and goes wrong less.
A pickup point you can walk to
Fixed before kick-off, somewhere the vehicle can legally wait once the ground empties. You text when you start moving and he is there when you arrive.
The chauffeur's direct number
Sent before the pickup along with his name and the vehicle. On a match day that number matters more than any app, and dispatch is on the other line at every hour.
The evening after
Dinner, a bar, a hotel across town, or straight to LAX for a red-eye. Tell us at booking and the vehicle stays with you rather than being dismissed at the ground.

For a group holding tickets across several fixtures, one hourly booking per match day with the same chauffeur is both cheaper and simpler than booking each leg separately.

03 — Who books it

The four kinds of enquiry we are already taking.

Tournament work looks different depending on who is travelling. These are the shapes it arrives in.

Visitors flying in for a fixture

Met at LAX or Van Nuys with the flight tracked, taken to the hotel, then out to the match and back. A party arriving on three different flights is staged so nobody waits outside a terminal for the group.

Groups of eight to fourteen

One Sprinter instead of three cars, which on a closed-road day is the difference between arriving together and arriving over forty minutes. Detail on Sprinter van service.

Corporate hospitality

Clients collected from offices or hotels, delivered in the right order, billed to the company on one invoice with your cost centre on it. Runs the same way as corporate events.

Players, staff and talent

Unmarked vehicles, chauffeurs under non-disclosure, routes driven in advance where the schedule allows. The procedure is set out on artists and talent.

04 — The vehicles

Chosen on head count, then on what the roads will be doing.

Three classes cover almost every tournament booking. Tell us how many are travelling and dispatch names the right one.

Ninety-nine vehicles across six classes, so several vehicles on the same fixture is a normal booking. The full list is on the fleet page.

05 — Pricing, in the open

Tournament rates are our ordinary rates.

The whole point of booking a chauffeur months ahead is knowing the figure. Ours does not move because the city gets busy.

Match-day hourly
From $85 per hour, vehicle and chauffeur held for you across the window. Three-hour minimum. The structure we recommend for fixtures.
Point-to-point transfers
Quoted as a single fare where a set-price route fits — $125 to $525 depending on distance. Table on set-price routes.
Airport arrivals
Published figures by area with thirty minutes of complimentary wait time from wheels-down. Detail on airport transfers.
Event and surge premium
None. No match-day uplift, no night rate, no weekend premium. The quote you accept in advance is the charge.
Per passenger
Nothing. Four in a van or fourteen, you are paying for the vehicle and the hours.
Child seats
Every size, fitted before arrival, no charge. Send the ages with the booking.
Deposits
Held on the card at confirmation for tournament dates, since these vehicles are committed months in advance. Cancel with reasonable notice and it is released.
Not included
Tolls, event and venue parking where it applies, and gratuity. Quoted separately so the fare stays the fare.

Booked direct with the operator, so there is no broker margin between the quote and the chauffeur — the reasoning is on why book direct.

06 — Questions

What people ask us about summer 2026.

As early as you can. A tournament fills a city's vehicles in a way an ordinary weekend does not, and fixture days across June and July 2026 will book out months ahead. Reserve against the dates you hold tickets for and settle the detail later.

We drop as close as the traffic management plan allows on the day. Approach roads are closed and marshalled for a tournament fixture, so we agree a drop-off and a pickup point in advance rather than promising a gate we do not control.

You call or text the chauffeur when you start walking and he moves to the agreed point. Tens of thousands of people leave at once, so we wait somewhere reachable instead of sitting in the exit queue — the vehicle is held for you either way.

Yes. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter takes seven to fourteen with a luggage bay, which keeps a group together on a match day instead of splitting it across three cars. Above fourteen we run several vehicles to one schedule with one point of contact.

No. There is no surge pricing, no event premium and no night rate. Hourly work starts at $85 with a three-hour minimum, and set-price airport runs stay at their published figures throughout the tournament.

Yes, with the flight tracked and thirty minutes of complimentary wait time from wheels-down. For a party arriving on several flights we stage vehicles so nobody stands outside Tom Bradley waiting for the group to assemble.

No. We are an independent licensed chauffeur operator with no affiliation to FIFA, any venue, any team or any ticketing agent, and we hold no credentials or stadium access. We provide the ground transport and work to whatever access rules apply on the day.

07 — Reserve

Hold the date now. Fix the details in the spring.

Tell us the fixture dates you have tickets for, how many are travelling and where you are staying. Dispatch quotes it in writing, holds the vehicle, and works out the timings closer to the day once the road plan is published.
