01 — The standard we hold

One fleet, one standard, and a phone answered by someone who knows where your car is.

RG Black Limo LLC is a Los Angeles chauffeur company running ninety-nine vehicles across six classes, and it has been driving this city for more than a decade. Founder RG Singh built it around one rule that scale is not allowed to bend: whichever car is assigned to you leaves the yard in the same condition as every other one, and whichever chauffeur is driving it has signed the same confidentiality agreement.

That shows up in ordinary ways. A chauffeur who has already looked at the 405 before your meeting overruns. A cabin that smells of nothing at all. Water in the door, a charger that fits your phone, and a driver who does not fill the silence unless you start it. When the day moves — a flight slips, a dinner runs long — you call one number and it is dealt with.

02 — What we operate

Eight of the fifteen ways we are usually booked.

Airport runs, standing corporate accounts, hourly evenings, group moves. The vehicle changes; the way it is handled does not.

03 — The fleet

Three of the six classes. Pick by party size, not by badge.

Every vehicle is late-model, detailed between jobs and driven by a chauffeur who owns that car for the day.

The extended-wheelbase Escalade is the workhorse of the fleet: six seats that adults actually fit in, plus room behind the third row for full-size cases rather than carry-ons only.

04 — The van, in detail

When the whole party has to arrive at the same moment.

Splitting a group across three cars sounds efficient until the third one hits Sepulveda. The Sprinter solves it in one movement: everyone boards together, everyone talks on the way, and everyone steps out at the same kerb. Stand-up height means nobody climbs over anybody, and the rear bay swallows the luggage a full-size SUV would have to stack on a lap.

Capacity
Up to 14 passengers, plus your chauffeur.
Best used for
Group airport runs, team offsites, festival weekends in the Coachella Valley, wedding parties and roadshows with a fixed schedule.
Luggage
Dedicated rear bay behind the last row, so cases stay off seats.
Booking window
Weekends and event dates go early. Reserve ahead where you can; call if you cannot.

Interior appointments differ between vehicles. Tell us what the trip needs — table seating, extra luggage room, a specific number of forward-facing seats — and we will confirm exactly which vehicle is assigned before you travel.

05 — Why clients stay

Eight things that decide whether you call us again.

None of them are dramatic. All of them are the difference between a car service you tolerate and one you keep in your contacts.

  • Professional chauffeurs. Vetted, licensed, under a signed confidentiality agreement, in a suit, and briefed on your itinerary before they leave the yard — not a rideshare driver in a black car.
  • A fleet held to one condition. Ninety-nine vehicles across six classes, all late-model, all detailed between jobs. The car that arrives looks like the photograph.
  • Reliability you can plan around. Pickup windows that hold, chauffeurs who arrive early and wait, and a dispatcher watching the route rather than the clock.
  • Genuinely 24/7. A 3am wheels-up out of Van Nuys is a normal booking here. So is a call at 3am to move it.
  • Airport expertise. Flights are tracked, so delays and early landings are already handled. LAX kerbside or a meet inside; planeside at Van Nuys where the operator allows it.
  • Corporate accounts that behave. One contact, consolidated billing, repeat routes stored, and assistants who are not made to re-explain the standing arrangement.
  • Service that adjusts to you. Child seat, a preferred route, silence, a specific bottled water, a stop that was not on the original plan. Ask once.
  • Booking without a middleman. Reserve online in about a minute or speak to the person who dispatches the car. No app queue, no auction, no surge.

Booking direct means the company answering the phone is the company driving the car — and the rate is not carrying a broker's margin. Why booking direct works out better

06 — Airport transfers

Your flight lands early. The car already knows.

Every airport booking is tied to a flight number, so a two-hour delay or a thirty-minute tailwind changes the pickup without a single phone call from you.

From$150LAX → Orange County
From$525LAX → San Diego

Starting rates cover a standard sedan and are quoted before you confirm. Larger vehicles, additional stops, late-night hours, tolls and waiting time are shown in the same quote — nothing is added afterwards.

07 — Occasions

The dates that cannot be improvised.

Festival weekends, show days and match days all break the ordinary rules of Los Angeles traffic. For these we hold a vehicle and a chauffeur against the whole day rather than a single pickup, so the schedule can move without the car having to.

01

Coachella & the Indio corridor

Two weekends, one long run east through the pass, and a gate situation that changes hour by hour. We plan the Indio drive around the traffic windows that actually exist rather than the ones the map predicts, and we keep the same vehicle with your party from the airport pickup to the last night out — a Sprinter for the group, a sedan for the quiet return.

02

Stagecoach

The same desert, a different crowd, and a heavier day-parking problem. Booked by the day, with shade and cold water waiting in the car.

World Cup 2026

The tournament reaches Southern California in the summer of 2026. Stadium days close roads early, so we are taking reservations well ahead of them.

Match-day transport World Cup 2026 transportation

RG Black Limo LLC is an independent chauffeur company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official transportation partner of any festival, venue, promoter or tournament named on this page — we simply drive to them often enough to know how the day behaves.

08 — How a reservation works

Four steps, and none of them a hold queue.

The form takes about two minutes. If you would rather say it out loud, the same number reaches the same people at three in the afternoon and three in the morning.

Choose your service

Airport run, set-price route, hourly hire, a full day, or a standing corporate account. Tell us the shape of the day rather than a vehicle code — we will suggest the class that fits it.

Select your vehicle

Passenger count and luggage decide this more than badge preference. Three travelling light is a sedan; six with cases is an Escalade or a Suburban; anything up to fourteen is the Sprinter.

Confirm your booking

You receive the total before you commit — vehicle, chauffeur, waiting allowance, tolls and any late-hour difference already inside it. Flight numbers are worth adding here; we watch them.

Enjoy the ride

Your chauffeur's name and mobile arrive ahead of the pickup, along with the vehicle and plate. From there the only thing left to do is get in.

Changes are expected, not penalised

Flights move, meetings run long, and a dinner turns into two. Call or text the same number and we will adjust the reservation while you are still in the car — an extension is charged at the hourly rate for the time actually used, and a cancellation made in good time costs nothing.

Prefer to text? Send the date, time, pickup, drop-off and passenger count to (323) 799-3190 and we will reply with a quote.

09 — Client feedback

What clients tell us, in the words they used.

The notes below were sent to the office by email or text after a booking, and are printed with the sender's permission. They are shortened for length where they ran long and nothing else has been changed — including the parts that are not flattering.

They are not a substitute for the public listings, and we would still rather you opened one of those and sorted by newest. Both are worth ten minutes before you hand over a card.

No star average is printed anywhere on this site and there is no rating markup in the code behind this page. A figure we typed ourselves is not a figure a platform calculated, and presenting one as though it were would be worse than printing none.

More on how we handle feedback, and what we do when a ride goes wrong, on the reviews page.

Our 6:05 out of Brentwood got moved to 5:20 the night before and I never told anybody. The car was outside at 4:35 anyway, because they had been watching the flight rather than my booking form.

That is the whole reason we stopped putting the executive team in cars we hail off a phone.

Daniel R.Corporate travel manager, Century City

We landed at Tom Bradley an hour and fifty minutes late with two children asleep on us. The chauffeur was at the bottom of the escalator with both seats already fitted.

Because the wait is counted from when the wheels actually touch down, that delay never turned into a line on the invoice. The figure matched the quote to the dollar.

Priya S.Irvine · LAX transfer

Nine meetings between downtown and Santa Monica in a single day, one car, one chauffeur. By the third stop he had worked out which garages we were using and stopped needing the addresses.

He could not do anything about the 10 at four in the afternoon, and did not pretend otherwise. He had told me that would happen at breakfast.

10 — Reserve

Give us the date. We will hold the car.

One vehicle for an airport run, or six for a wedding weekend — the reservation starts the same way. Quote first, confirmation second, nothing added afterwards.
