01 — The meet
On this route we recommend the meet-and-greet almost every time. The chauffeur parks, walks into the terminal and waits at baggage claim with a name board, then carries the cases out to the car. Standing at an LAX arrivals kerb with tired children, a stroller and five bags while you try to spot a black SUV is the version nobody enjoys, and it is entirely avoidable.
Tell us the ages and we will fit the seats before the car leaves the yard — infant, convertible or booster, at no charge. Strollers, travel cots and a week's worth of luggage all fit in the Suburban without anything going on a lap. Dispatch tracks the flight, so the thirty minutes of complimentary wait starts at wheels-down, not at the time on your ticket.
Send the children's ages with the booking rather than on the day. Seats are fitted and checked at the yard, which is the only way to be certain the right ones are in the car when it reaches you.
02 — The drive
Century Boulevard east, the 105 to the 605, then the 5 south to Disney Way or Ball Road. Most of the day that is the clean line and the run lands in under an hour. The chauffeur takes you to the hotel entrance itself — Grand Californian, Disneyland Hotel, Paradise Pier, or any of the Harbor Boulevard and Katella properties — and the bags come out at the door.
The alternative, when the 105 or the 605 is holding, is the 405 south to the 22 east and up Harbor. Slightly longer, and the better choice perhaps one afternoon in four. Either way the chauffeur reads it before he leaves the airport rather than discovering it with you in the car.
Late arrivals are the fastest of all. A ten o'clock landing is usually at the hotel in forty-five minutes, which is worth knowing when you are choosing between flights.

Going back the other way for a flight home, allow three hours from the resort, and three and a half if you are leaving between two and seven in the afternoon.
04 — The car
The family car on this route and the reason it works. Six seats, room for a stroller and five or six cases behind the third row, and wide enough rear bench anchors that two child seats fit side by side without anyone being wedged. Easy to get children in and out of at a hotel entrance.
Two families travelling together, or grandparents along for the week — seven to fourteen passengers, quoted separately. Standing headroom, a rear bay that takes everybody's luggage, and no need to split the party across two cars.
Child seats of every size are fitted free of charge, in any combination. The full fleet lists all six classes and what each one actually holds.
05 — The figure
Flight tracking, thirty minutes of wait from wheels-down, the meet, child seats in any combination, the car, the chauffeur, bottled water and the drive to the hotel entrance.
Meet-and-greet inside the terminal, wait beyond the included thirty minutes, a second hotel drop, or a Sprinter for a larger party. All priced at booking.
A delayed flight, a late-night landing, spring break, a holiday weekend, or an afternoon run that takes eighty-five minutes. Nothing there touches the figure.
Quoted before tolls, airport parking and gratuity. There are no surge charges on any RG Black Limo route, on any date.

Yes, and no charge, in any combination — infant carriers, convertibles and boosters. Send the ages with the booking and the seats are fitted and checked at the yard before the car leaves for the airport.
