01 — The meet
Send the flight number with the booking and dispatch tracks it from the moment it leaves. If you land early the chauffeur is early; if you sit on a taxiway for forty minutes, the thirty minutes of complimentary wait starts at wheels-down, not at the time printed on your ticket. You text when you have your bags and he pulls to the arrivals kerb at the door your airline uses — terminals one through eight, or Tom Bradley for international.
If you would rather not stand outside, ask for the meet-and-greet instead. The chauffeur parks, walks in and waits at baggage claim with a name board, then carries the cases out. It is the version we recommend for anyone arriving late, travelling with children, or coming off a long-haul into Bradley where the walk out is genuinely confusing.
The complimentary wait is timed from actual landing, so a delayed flight costs you nothing. Dispatch is staffed around the clock, which is why a 1am arrival is met the same way a midday one is.
02 — The drive
Century Boulevard east to the 405 southbound, then down through Carson, Long Beach and Seal Beach into the county. Depending on where you are going the chauffeur comes off at the 605, the 22, the 55 or stays on to the 73 — Anaheim and Fullerton off one end, Newport, Irvine and Laguna off the other.
Southbound in the late afternoon is the version people dread, and reasonably: between three and seven the stretch from the 105 down to the 605 can double the drive. When the arrival lands in that window the chauffeur will usually take the 105 east to the 605 and drop south from there, which avoids the worst of it even though it reads longer on a map.
None of that changes the figure. You are quoted one number before you accept and that is what you pay whether the run takes fifty minutes or ninety-five.

04 — The car
The right car off a long flight. Six seats with the third row up and a boot that still takes six large cases behind them, so nothing rides on anyone's lap for an hour and a half. Ride height and air suspension make the southbound 405 tolerable at the end of a travel day.
Same seating and much the same luggage capacity, quoted at the same figure. If the ESV is committed elsewhere on your arrival this is what comes instead, and dispatch tells you which car to expect before you fly.

05 — The figure
Flight tracking, thirty minutes of wait from wheels-down, the meet, the car, the chauffeur, bottled water and the whole drive to your door. Bags are loaded for you.
Meet-and-greet inside the terminal, wait beyond the included thirty minutes, a second drop-off in the county, or a Sprinter for a larger party. All priced at booking.
A delayed flight, a 2am landing, a holiday weekend, or a southbound 405 that turns fifty minutes into ninety-five. None of it touches the figure you agreed.
Quoted before tolls, airport parking and gratuity. There are no surge charges on any RG Black Limo route, on any date.
06 — Questions
At the arrivals kerb outside the door your airline uses, once you text that you have your bags. He is on airport property before you land, so the wait is yours to spend, not his to find. Ask for meet-and-greet instead and he will be at baggage claim with a name board.
Nothing, from your side. Dispatch tracks the flight and moves the chauffeur with it, and the thirty minutes of complimentary wait is timed from actual wheels-down rather than your scheduled arrival. The price does not change.
The main corridor — Anaheim, Fullerton, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Irvine, Tustin and Santa Ana. Laguna, San Clemente and the far south end are quoted a little higher because of the extra distance, and you will have that figure in writing before you accept.
