From $150 for the car, agreed in writing before the booking is accepted. Most of the work we do on this corridor is business travel out of the Spectrum and Jamboree offices, which means the only two things that matter are the buffer and the receipt.
01 — The pickup
Irvine is planned, which makes it easy to work in once you know it. Office pickups on Von Karman, MacArthur or at the Spectrum have proper loading kerbs and the chauffeur will be at them, stood by the car, at the agreed minute. Hotel pickups are the same. The villages — Turtle Rock, Quail Hill, Shady Canyon, Woodbridge — are where addresses look identical on a map and a wrong turn costs five minutes, so we send the chauffeur the building or the cross street rather than only the number.
If you are booking for someone else, which on this route is most of the time, you can have the confirmation, the chauffeur's name and his mobile number sent to both of you. Assistants tend to want the arrival text as well; say so and dispatch will copy you when the car is on location.
Corporate accounts are billed monthly against a cost centre or matter number rather than card-by-card. Ask dispatch to open one and every Irvine run lands on a single statement.
02 — The drive
From most Irvine addresses the chauffeur joins the 405 within five minutes and stays on it to Century Boulevard. There is no clever line to take from here; the freeway is the route. What varies is how the stretch between the 605 and the 105 is behaving, and that single section is the difference between a fifty-five minute run and one closer to a hundred.
When it is already stacked before we leave, the alternative is the 55 north to the 22, then the 110 up and La Cienega west. Longer in miles, and worth it perhaps one morning in five. The 73 comes into play from the south end of Irvine, around Shady Canyon and Quail Hill, where it saves the crawl past John Wayne.
On a corporate booking the chauffeur reads all of this before he leaves the yard and sets off early enough that you never hear about it. If the picture changes badly mid-drive, dispatch calls you rather than letting you discover it at the kerb.

04 — The car
The workhorse of the corporate corridor. Six seats, a quiet cabin at freeway speed, and enough boot behind the third row for four or five cases. It looks right outside an office tower and it is comfortable enough that an hour and a half on the 405 does not arrive with you.
For a single executive it is the better car: reclining rear seats, the quietest cabin we run, and a workable surface for a laptop. Most of our repeat Irvine accounts book this for one traveller and the Denali for two or more.

05 — The figure
The car, the chauffeur, the full forty miles, bottled water, and loading at both ends. Itemised on a receipt your finance team can process without a query.
A second pickup elsewhere in Orange County, a wait beyond fifteen minutes, or a switch to the Sprinter for a team. Priced at booking and shown on the confirmation.
A bad afternoon on the 405, an incident at the 605, a Friday before a holiday, or a run that takes a hundred minutes. Fixed means fixed, which is why it is expensable.
Quoted before tolls, airport parking and gratuity. There are no surge charges on any RG Black Limo route, on any date.
06 — Questions
Three hours for most domestic departures, three and a half between two and seven in the afternoon, and thirty minutes more for anything international. Send the flight number and dispatch will set the pickup against it and confirm in writing.
